Loyalty Program Levels
The program offers 4 levels, which are assigned according to the number of nights booked and nights spent.

WELCOME
• The guest receives a 3% discount immediately upon registration in the program -
SILVER
• The guest receives a 5% discount after staying at the hotel for 7 nights or more -
GOLD
• The guest receives a 7% discount after staying at the hotel for at least 20 nights. -
PLATINUM
• The guest receives a 10% discount after staying at the hotel for 30 nights or more
Loyalty Program Details
When booking a stay, the number of nights booked is credited to the participant's account. Only bookings made on the official website of the hotel under the individual login of the loyalty program participant are counted.
The WELCOME, SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM levels are automatically reset if no reservations have been made under the participant's username for 3 years.
Reservations made in the name of the participant through third-party online travel agents, as well as reservations made on the website without using an individual login, are not counted in the loyalty program and do not include nights.
The participants of the program agree that its terms may be completely or partially changed at any time. Participants will be notified of changes to the program terms by e-mail before the changes take effect. Loyalty program participants have the right to cancel their participation at any time.
